Company Secretary Change at Class Finance
Class Finance plc has announced the appointment of Suzanne Salerno as Company Secretary, replacing Anton Magro with immediate effect. The change was disclosed through a company announcement issued in terms of the Prospects Rules governing issuers admitted to the Prospects MTF, the multilateral trading facility operated by the Malta Stock Exchange.
Anton Magro’s six-year tenure comes to an end
Magro had served as Company Secretary since Class Finance’s establishment in January 2020, making him one of the Company’s longest-serving officers. Publicly available Malta Stock Exchange issuer information continued to list him in the role prior to the latest announcement.
Beyond his company secretarial duties, Magro has played a significant role within the wider Class Optical Group. According to information published by the group, he serves as its outsourced Chief Financial Officer and is also a director of a corporate services provider. He holds a degree in Business and Computing from the University of Malta and has experience in business consultancy, financial management and corporate administration.

Throughout her career, she has held finance and management roles across several industries, including manufacturing, retail, marketing and technology. Her experience has included responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, project management and broader business operations.
Previous Leadership Role at HandsOn Systems
Salerno is perhaps better known in her previous role as Chief Financial Officer of technology company HandsOn Systems in 2020. In that role, she was involved in strengthening the group’s financial and operational structures as it pursued further international expansion.
Prior to that, she also worked within an accounting and business advisory firm, where she focused on compliance audits while completing her professional qualifications.
