Plan Group completes €11.8 million bond issue as listing date approaches

Plan Group completes €40 million bond programme with latest €11.8 million issue

Third bond tranche fully allocated

Plan Group plc has allocated the full €11.8 million available under its latest bond issue, bringing the total amount issued through its €40 million bond programme to its planned limit.

In an announcement issued on 7 October 2026, the Company confirmed that all bonds in the third tranche had been allocated to authorised financial intermediaries following the close of the offer.

The latest allocation follows two previous issues of €24 million and €4.2 million, completing the Company’s €40 million financing programme.

Three bond issues since November 2025

Plan Group launched the programme in October 2025, allowing it to raise funds through a series of bond issues.

The first tranche, worth €24 million, was issued in November 2025, followed by a second issue of €4.2 million.

The third and final tranche was announced on 9 September 2026, offering €11.8 million in 5.10% secured bonds redeemable between 2028 and 2030.

The offer closed on 2 October, and the Company has now confirmed that the full amount has been allocated.

Bonds expected to start trading on 14 October

The newly issued bonds are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on 13 October, with trading due to begin the following day.

Interest started accruing on 6 October at an annual rate of 5.10%.

The Company also expects the new bonds to be consolidated with its existing €28.2 million secured bonds on 27 November 2026, bringing all three tranches together.

The latest allocation completes Plan Group’s €40 million bond programme, with the new securities due to become available for trading next week.
