Malta International Airport reports three share buy-back transactions
MIA repurchases 1,742 shares across three transactions during the week ended 14 August.
Malta International Airport plc announced on 17 August 2026 that it had carried out three share repurchases during the week ended 14 August. The transactions were disclosed in company announcement MIA494, issued under Chapter 5 of the Capital Market Rules as part of the company’s ongoing share buy-back programme.
Shares purchased at €6.35 and €6.40
The first transaction took place on 11 August, when MIA repurchased 60 shares at a weighted-average price of €6.35 per share.
This was followed by the purchase of 850 shares on 12 August at €6.40 per share and a further 832 shares on 13 August, also at €6.40 per share.
In total, MIA bought back 1,742 shares during the week. All three transactions were executed through Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd.
