Magiston Funds SICAV publishes latest financial statements

Magiston Funds SICAV plc has published its latest financial statements, giving investors an updated look at the fund’s financial position and performance.

The statements were released on 5 October 2026 under company announcement MGT5, continuing the SICAV’s periodic financial reporting.

Magiston’s previous published financial statements covered the year from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025, following an earlier set covering the year ended 31 May 2024.

The latest publication is particularly relevant for investors because financial statements provide a clearer picture of a collective investment scheme’s assets, liabilities, investment performance and overall financial position.

Magiston has also undergone some changes to its fund structure in recent years. In June 2025, the MFSA announced that the Quantic Global Macro Fund, one of Magiston Funds SICAV’s sub-funds, had voluntarily surrendered its collective investment scheme licence. The regulator stressed that the surrender was voluntary and was not the result of regulatory action.

A separate Magiston sub-fund, the Swing Fund, had similarly surrendered its licence voluntarily in June 2022.
