Loqus appoints Ian Fenech Conti as Chief Technology Officer

Loqus Holding plc has appointed Ian Fenech Conti as Chief Technology Officer, strengthening the Company’s senior management team.

The appointment was announced on 27 August through a company notice filed with the OAM under the heading “Appointment of Senior Officer of the Company”.

Technology leadership strengthened

As Chief Technology Officer, Fenech Conti will take on a key leadership role within a company whose activities span software, business intelligence, fleet-management solutions and other technology services.

The position is particularly important for Loqus, given the role technology plays across its operations, products and future development.

The appointment does not involve any change to the Company’s previously announced financial results or guidance.

Investors updated on management structure

The announcement provides shareholders and investors with an update on Loqus Holding’s senior management structure and formally identifies the executive responsible for a central area of the Company’s operations.
