IZI Finance turnover tops €1 billion as profit before tax doubles
Strong growth recorded in FY2026
IZI Finance plc has approved its audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, reporting strong growth across its main financial indicators.
Turnover rose 27.4% to €1.172 billion, up from €920 million in the previous year, while player winnings increased by 28.4% to €1.060 billion. Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) also improved, rising 18.3% to €110.9 million.
Profit before tax reaches €14.4 million
The Group reported EBITDA of €37.3 million, an increase of 29.1% year on year. Its EBITDA margin on GGR strengthened to 33.7%, compared with 30.8% a year earlier.
Operating profit climbed to €19.4 million from €11.9 million, while profit before tax more than doubled to €14.4 million, from €7.1 million in FY2025.
The result was also well ahead of the €8.5 million profit before tax forecast included in the February Financial Analysis Summary. Actual profit exceeded the forecast by around €5.95 million, or 70.2%, mainly due to stronger-than-expected GGR from Type 1 gaming activities.
Cash position strengthens following bond issue
IZI Finance generated €39.7 million in net operating cash flow, while cash and cash equivalents stood at €44.3 million at the end of the financial year.
During the year, the group also completed the issue of its €30 million 5.5% unsecured bonds due in 2036.
IZI Finance said it contributed €41.8 million in concession fees and gaming taxes during FY2026, representing 37.7% of Gross Gaming Revenue.
