International Hotel Investments announces new €30 million bond issue at 5.45%

New bond issue to refinance existing debt

International Hotel Investments (IHI) plc has announced a new €30 million bond issue with an annual interest rate of 5.45%, maturing in 2034.

The Company will use the funds to repay part of its existing €60 million 4% unsecured bonds, which mature on 20 December 2026.

IHI plans to cover the remaining €30 million using its cash flow and existing banking facilities.

Existing bondholders given priority

Investors holding the maturing bonds at the close of trading on 20 October 2026 will receive priority when subscribing to the new issue.

They can apply for an amount equal to their current holdings or request additional bonds.

Meanwhile, IHI will offer any remaining bonds to other investors through financial intermediaries.

The subscription period runs from 2 to 20 November 2026. However, the Company may close the offer earlier if demand is sufficient.

Trading suspension and next steps

Trading in the existing €60 million bonds will be suspended after the close of business on 20 October until further notice.

The latest offering follows a separate €30 million bond issue earlier this year, forming part of IHI’s ongoing financing arrangements.

The Company expects to publish the final terms of the new bonds on 21 October 2026, giving investors further details before subscriptions open.
