Hili Finance approves 2026 interim financial statements
Board approves half-year accounts
Hili Finance Company plc has approved its interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026, following a board meeting held on 25 August.
The approval follows an earlier company announcement informing the market that the board would meet to consider the half-year accounts.
Hili Finance supports wider group funding
Hili Finance operates as a financing company within the wider Hili Group, raising funds through securities listed on the Maltese capital market and providing financing to related group companies.
Its financial performance is therefore of particular interest to bondholders, with results largely influenced by income generated from intra-group financing and the costs associated with its outstanding debt.
Interim results provide latest financial update
The interim financial statements give investors an updated view of Hili Finance’s financial position at the halfway point of 2026, including its assets, liabilities, finance income and expenses.
For bondholders, the accounts provide further insight into the Company’s ability to generate sufficient income from its financing activities to meet interest, administrative and other funding-related costs.
The 25 August announcement mainly confirms the approval and publication of the interim accounts, with no separate transaction or change to the terms of Hili Finance’s securities announced.
Disclaimer: Interim reports may reflect only the issuing company and may not include the financial performance of its group companies.
