Hart Capital Partners first-half profit rises to €48,806

Finance income declines

Finance costs linked to the Company’s funding remained unchanged at €133,418.

After-tax profit improves

Profit before tax declined to €63,177, from €98,899 a year earlier.

Total comprehensive income rose to approximately €181,000, from €23,771, mainly reflecting foreign-exchange movements recognised outside profit for the period.

Bonds remain due in 2027

Hart Capital Partners has €3 million in 7.25% secured callable bonds due 2025–2027 outstanding.

The proceeds were advanced to its UK subsidiary, which in turn provided funding to property-development projects.

The directors said they do not expect to exercise the early-redemption option during 2026, leaving the bonds due to mature in November 2027.
