Computime publishes management presentation after intermediary briefing

Briefing follows release of interim results

Computime Holdings plc has published the presentation delivered to local financial intermediaries during a briefing held on 20 August 2026, making the material available to the wider market.

The meeting came two days after Computime approved its condensed interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Management outlines key business developments

During the briefing, Computime’s management presented the main financial highlights from the Group’s recently released first-half results, together with updates on developments across its core business divisions.

The 20 August announcement, titled “Information to maintain a fair market”, does not contain a new set of financial results or announce a separate transaction. Its purpose is to ensure that the information shared with intermediaries is also accessible to other market participants.

Presentation made available to the wider market

Computime said the presentation has been published in the financial statements section of its website. The disclosure was issued in line with Capital Markets Rule 5.16.

By publishing the material used during the briefing, the company is giving investors access to the same financial and operational information presented by management and helping ensure that it is available across the market.
