Computime posts 10% revenue growth and approves €900,000 interim dividend

First-half revenue rises to €12.7 million

Computime Holdings plc reported continued growth in the first half of 2026, with revenue and profitability both improving year on year.

In an announcement published on 18 August 2026, the company said its board had approved the unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Group revenue increased by 10% to €12.7 million, from €11.6 million in the corresponding period last year. Profit before tax rose by 12% to €2.32 million, compared with €2.08 million in H1 2025, while operating profit grew by 11% to €2.33 million.

Recurring revenue accounts for 76% of group total

Recurring revenue also increased by 10% to €9.62 million, continuing to account for 76% of total group revenue.

Computime’s FinTech division generated revenue of €1.91 million, an increase of 11%, while attributable profit rose by 29% to €994,430.

The Systems Integration division recorded a 12% increase in revenue to €8.33 million, supported in part by cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.

Group profit after tax for the period amounted to €2.1 million.

Board approves €900,000 interim dividend

Alongside the half-year results, the board approved a €900,000 net interim dividend, equivalent to approximately €0.0145 per share.

Shareholders appearing on the company’s register at the close of business on 30 September 2026 will be entitled to receive the dividend, with payment scheduled by 16 October 2026.

The distribution will be paid from the company’s Untaxed Account and will be subject to 15% withholding tax where the recipient qualifies under the Income Tax Act.
