Borgo Santo Pietro reports €13.52 million in revenue for 2025

Revenue close to expectations

Borgo Lifestyle Finance plc has reported that Relais Borgo Santo Pietro recorded €13.52 million in revenue during 2025, slightly below the €13.60 million originally forecast.

The figures were published in a company announcement on 12 October 2026, following the release of the resort’s financial statements for the year.

The Company said that despite the small difference in revenue, the resort’s performance was largely in line with expectations.

Resort records 92% occupancy

Relais Borgo Santo Pietro recorded an occupancy rate of 92% during 2025, with an average daily room rate of €2,329.

However, the resort also faced higher operating and staff costs than originally expected.

According to the Company, the additional spending was mainly related to maintaining and expanding the services offered at the luxury resort, which affected its expected profits.

Resort ends the year with a profit

Despite the higher costs, the resort ended 2025 with a net profit of €84,600.

The Company explained that lower financial expenses and tax benefits helped make up for some of the additional operating costs.

Borgo Lifestyle Finance said that the resort’s expansion plans remain on track.
