Best Deal Properties seeks approval for €30 million bond programme

Company applies for new secured bond programme

Best Deal Properties Holding plc has applied to the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) for approval of a secured bond programme worth up to €30 million.

The proposed programme would allow the property development company to raise funds through separate bond issues.

In it’s announcement on 22 October 2026, Best Deal Properties outlined plans to launch an initial €20 million offering.

First bond issue to mature between 2029 and 2031

The first tranche will consist of €20 million in secured bonds, with maturity dates ranging from 2029 to 2031.

Best Deal Properties intends to issue the bonds at their nominal value, with Best Deal Zurrieq Limited acting as guarantor.

If the MFSA approves the application, the Company plans to list the securities on the Malta Stock Exchange’s Official List.

This would allow investors to buy and sell the bonds on the secondary market.

Interest rate and subscription dates still pending

The Company has not yet announced the interest rate, subscription dates or how it intends to use the proceeds.

These details, along with the full terms of the offer, will appear in the base prospectus and final terms following regulatory approval.

The initial offering would leave a further €10 million available for potential future issues under the programme.

For now, the application remains subject to MFSA approval, with further information expected once the company publishes its offering documents.
