AX Real Estate plc acquires additional shares under buy-back programme

According to Company Announcement AXR69, published through the Malta Stock Exchange OAM on 9 September, the company acquired 24,000 ordinary A shares on 4 September 2026 at €0.535 per share. This represents a total transaction value of €12,840.

The disclosure covers the week ended 4 September and forms part of the company’s regular reporting under the programme.

Buy-back programme aims to support liquidity

AX Real Estate launched the programme on 30 June 2026, with operations scheduled to continue until 27 April 2027. Its main objective is to support liquidity in the trading of the company’s ordinary A shares.

Under the approved pricing framework, shares may be purchased at the prevailing independent market price when this is below the company’s audited net asset value of €0.553 per share, subject to a minimum price of €0.47. If the market price exceeds NAV, purchases may instead be carried out at NAV.

September daily limit set at 100,000 shares

Between 1 and 30 September 2026, AX Real Estate may acquire up to 100,000 shares per trading day, subject to a maximum of 25,000 shares from any single shareholder on any given trading day.

Transactions are executed on the Malta Stock Exchange through independent brokers, with the company publishing details of purchases on a weekly basis.
