APS Bank buys back 32,117 shares in week ended 18 September
Purchases made across three trading days
APS Bank plc repurchased 32,117 ordinary shares during the week ended 18 September 2026 as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme.
The bank purchased 9,500 shares at €0.60 each on 14 September, followed by 12,200 shares at €0.59 on 16 September and 10,417 shares at €0.58 on 18 September.
No transactions were reported on 15 or 17 September. All purchases were carried out on the Malta Stock Exchange.
Total buy-backs rise to 163,800 shares
Following the latest transactions, APS had repurchased a total of 163,800 shares since the programme began on 10 August 2026.
The Bank confirmed that none of the shares acquired under the programme had been cancelled as at the reporting date.
The programme is being managed by ReAPS Asset Management Limited, with execution sub-delegated to Curmi & Partners Limited.

The latest disclosure provides investors with an update on the progress of the buy-back programme, including the number of shares purchased and the prices paid during the week.
It also brings the cumulative number of shares repurchased by APS since August to more than 163,000.
