APS Bank buys back 27,037 shares in week ended 14 August

Bank reports four days of share purchases during the week

APS Bank plc bought back 27,037 of its own shares during the week from 10 to 14 August 2026, according to company announcement APSB116, published on 17 August. The shares acquired will not be cancelled.

Purchases were made at €0.58 to €0.59 per share

The Bank purchased 7,223 shares at a volume-weighted average price of €0.59 on 10 August and a further 6,814 shares at €0.59 on 11 August. No trades took place on 12 August. APS Bank then bought 6,500 shares at €0.59 on 13 August and another 6,500 shares at €0.58 on 14 August. All the transactions were carried out on the Malta Stock Exchange.

Buy-back programme covers up to 5 million shares

The programme is being executed by ReAPS Asset Management Ltd, with sub-delegated powers to Curmi & Partners Ltd. APS Bank launched the buy-back programme earlier this month after shareholders approved the purchase of up to 5 million ordinary shares, at prices ranging from €0.45 to €0.75 per share. Shares bought under the programme are to be held as treasury shares rather than cancelled.
